After Anchor Brewing was purchased by Sapporo, Anchor Distilling needed a new name and new identity. Digging into San Francisco’s past unearthed the legend of SF liquor icon, A.P. Hotaling and with it an opportunity for Anchor Distilling to connect to a new age drinker.
